About Hakim Medical Complex

Hakim Medical Complex is a health-focused project with the goal of becoming a Regional Hub for healthcare services in Andisheh City/Phase 3. It aims to consolidate specialized medical services, enhance access to standard healthcare services in the region, and create a sustainable and professional investment model in the healthcare sector.

This project was not initially defined merely as the construction of a medical building; instead, it was conceived with the approach of designing an integrated healthcare service ecosystem. In this ecosystem, specialized clinics, para-clinical services, and supporting spaces are organized in a coherent manner within a standardized framework, so that the treatment process for patients becomes simpler, the productivity for doctors increases, and the investment risk for operators is minimized.

The Hakim Complex is located on a plot of land approximately 1,697 square meters in size in Phase 3 of Andisheh. With its strategic location, convenient access, and reputable architectural structure, it is designed to meet healthcare standards in terms of design, technical, and installation requirements, and to accommodate a comprehensive multi-specialty medical center.

The planned services include specialized clinics (such as dentistry, dermatology, cardiology, ophthalmology), limited surgery, a 24-hour clinic, nuclear medicine, physiotherapy, diagnostic laboratories, imaging, pharmacy, and complementary services. These are arranged in such a way that the entire chain of outpatient and para-clinical services is offered in one centralized complex.
